The Journey is the Destination

Local artist Lisa Norman was commissioned by the Johnson County Library Foundation to create this magical work in the library at the entrance to the children’s room. The mural is 22 feet by 12 feet and took about 183 hours to complete. Lisa painted it freehand from her imagination. There are seven phrases written in English and foreign languages, hidden throughout the painting. Can you find them? The library can provide visitors with a one-page handout which gives “hints” for finding all the “hidden things.”
