The Cookhouse at TA Ranch

Cooking since 1882, the Cookhouse at TA Ranch is a farm-to-table, scratch kitchen featuring locally sourced ingredients. Experience hearth cooking at its finest by sharing dishes crafted in Wyoming tradition. With a focus on showcasing Wyoming beef, the livestock industry, wild game and local produce, the TA Ranch mission is to reconnect consumers to our agricultural heritage.

The Cookhouse features specialty seafood and fish; and while the menus are always changing, as a working cattle ranch, beef is always on the menu. Fit for the Cattle Baron or Cowboy alike, the TA Ranch offers dining experiences. Dress up, dress down, we don’t care because you can always catch us pitching hay before coming in to cook.
