Bozeman Trail Tour
The Bozeman Trail passed through the Powder River area east of Kaycee for only a short time, but this area was the stage where earlier explorers, travelers, trappers, the U.S. military, Native Americans, and even missionaries played their role in events that shaped the West. The fascinating and little-known history of these people and the events will be shared by knowledgeable local historians as you travel by bus east from Kaycee through the Powder River Country in a tour presented by the Hoofprints of the Past Museum.
