Grace Race (5K, 10K, 25K)
Grace Fellowship in Buffalo is hosting the Grace Race on Saturday, August 16, with race distances of 5, 10, and 25 kilometers.
Runners, walkers, and hikers are invited to participate.
George Washington Park will be the start/finish line for the runs, which will utilize the Clear Creek Trail System.
Entry fees are $40 for the 5K (3.1 miles), $50 for the 10K (6.2 miles), and $65 for the 25K (15.5 miles).
Packet pickup begins at 6 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, near the train in the park. The start/finish line will be near there as well. The 25K will start at 7 a.m. and runs to Mosier Gulch for the turnaround via the trail and Turkey Lane. The 10K begins at 8 a.m. and runs along the trail to Highway 16 and Veterans Way. The 5K begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs to the gate on Clear Creek Trail.
Register by July 31 to receive a t-shirt and a medal. Final registration deadline is August 15. No same-day registration.
The top male and female runners at each distance will receive a fresh loaf of sourdough bread.
Proceeds support Grace Fellowship’s new campus.
