A Race for the Rest of Us
Johnson County Friends Feeding Friends’ third annual fundraiser is here: a 0.5K race! Yes, you read it right: 0.5K. That’s .3-ish miles or 546 yards. That’s it. Well, that, and so much more.
If you’ve ever wanted to say to your friends or family, “I can’t today, I’ve got my race”… if you’re itching to slap one of those braggy marathon stickers on your car… Or if you just want to help feed hungry kids in Johnson County… This is the race for you.
Registration starts at 5 p.m. at Crazy Woman Square in downtown Buffalo. The race ends at the park shelter near the municipal pool in George Washington Park.
Registration includes race entry, t-shirt, halfway treat, dinner and drink at the post-race celebration in the park immediately following the race.
Registration fees:
Regular racer: $40
Couples: $75
VIP racer: $100
Family Team: $150 (maximum of 4 family members please)
