Ball Hockey Tournament
The fourth annual 3-on-3 Buffalo Ball Hockey Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, at the Buffalo Community Rink, 105 Klondike Drive.
Registration will take place at 3:30 p.m. and the games will begin at 4 p.m.
This is a free event showcasing the community and how an outdoor facility can bring people together.
This tournament will feature adult and youth (12-and-under) brackets. Teams of 3 are encouraged to register prior to the event. Don’t have a full team? Don’t worry! Tournament organizers will help you find teammates and get you on the rink! All teams are guaranteed 3 games.
Protective equipment and athletic shoes are recommended, but not required, some equipment can be rented through the Buffalo Community Rink Equipment Rental Program. Sticks and jerseys can be provided for the event, upon request. Balls and nets are provided by the Buffalo Community Rink Organization.
Games will consist of three 2-minute periods with a 1-minute intermission between periods. Two half-rink games will take place at the same time. Spectators can be prepared for some exciting game play.
Refreshments will be sold at the event by the Buffalo Community Rink Organization, a 501(c)3 non-profit.
